Updates and Remodels Are Flooding the Market

As home prices rise against dwindling inventory, many are looking to get top dollar for their home.  One of the best ways to add value to a home is to remodel a bathroom!  Many homes built between 1990 and the early 2000’s now have outdated stylings.

Many homeowners are swapping out tub/shower combos for updated, walk-in showers.  This can require a good amount of knowledge to remove, repurpose, or refit certain water lines.  If you aren’t 100% sure of how to do this, it’s best to call a professional and save yourself a lot of potential headaches down the road.  Even a small leak can become a large problem over the course of a few months.

Another industry that’s booming are high end faucet replacements and accessories.  If you’ve been to a brewery recently, you may have seen the cup washers mounted to the bar that blast a pint glass with hot water, cleaning it quickly.  These devices are now available for home use, but you have to tie in to your existing water lines, and in some cases you may need to use a drill to cut through stainless steel to mount them.  An experienced plumber will always be your best bet to add these modern conveniences to your home!
